RETURNS
Girls with Gems strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality.
IN-STORE ONLY - We are happy to offer a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE on FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE that is returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
ONLINE ONLY - We are happy to offer a REFUND on FULL PRICED MERCHANDISE (with any other payment merchant apart from Afterpay and Zippay,) that is returned within 7 days of when you receive your item and 14 days for international customers.
Products must:
Not be washed or altered,
Have original tags attached,
We cannot accept returns of sale items, swimwear, intimates & jewelry.
For orders placed during a flash sale such as VOSN, we will happily offer a store credit only for items which were full price. Items which are SALE or CLEARANCE cannot be returned.
The same conditions as above applies.
Girls with Gems does not accept returns (refund, credit note or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

Acquire a Returns Authorization number and instructions to return if accepted
If you've ordered something that you wish to change or cancel, you will need to wait for the delivery of your order and then follow the Returns Policy process to change.
Returns will be approved at Girls with Gems discretion. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition upon receipt Girls with Gems reserve the right to refuse any returned item Girls with Gems believe it is not of merchantable quality and/or has been worn, altered or washed.
The goods will be returned to you and the extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will remain your responsibility. Please be aware that during busy periods such as Christmas and New Years, there can be delays with postal services and international customs.
Girls with Gems recommends that you return the product via Australia Post and you must pre pay all returns postage, you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you organise shipment registration of insurance with Australia Post.
It is advised that items be returned via registered or express post and packaged well. Girls with Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.
Online Store credits expire a year from date issued.
* Please Note: It is at the manufacturer's discretion to deem an item faulty. In relevant cases, you may receive a repair or replacement complimentary. If neither option is possible, then a full refund will be issued.
* Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please take into consideration that this policy only applies to our online store and not our individual boutiques.
Girls with Gems have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our online store. However, due to the fact that the images provided use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.
How Do I Make a Return
1. Read our Returns Policy to make sure your return is eligible.
2. Head to our Returns Portal by clicking here. Enter your Order Number and the email address associated with the Order.
3. Once your return request has been approved you will receive an email containing the details on what to do next.
4. When sending back items pleas ensure the garment is in original condition, unworn with tags attached
5. Package up your item securely and send back within 5 days of your return request being accpeted via registered or express post. International orders needs to be returned to
within 7 days of your return rquest being accpeted. Items are to be sent back to Girls With Gems at the cost of the customer. Girls with Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned on time and sent using a viable postal or courier option with a tracking service, at their expense. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorisation from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorised returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.
