Here at Girls With Gems, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days of order placement. All returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy-
Full Priced Items- all full priced items can be returned to us for either a refund, credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Please notify us within 7 days of placing the order by emailing email@example.com with your full name and order number.
We cannot accept returns of sale items, swimwear, intimates & jewellery.
No returns on orders that have had a credit note applied.
Sale or Clearance Items-
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Promotional Codes- for orders placed during a flash sale (eg. VOSN, Black Friday), we will happily issue a credit on any full priced item. Sale items can not be returned
CAMILLA WAREHOUSE SALE- all prices are final. Strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on any Camilla sale item.
In- Store Returns & Exchange Policy-
Returns are accepted within 7 days for any full priced items purchased in store. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange. No refunds.
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned.
If you have not received your online order and believe it is lost in transit or you’re having issues tracking it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe your item is faulty, please email our Online team at email@example.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and images of the fault. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
How Do I Make a Return
To lodge a request, simply email the Online team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you include your full name and order number. Our Online team will be in touch within 24 hours.
It is advised that items be returned via registered or express post and packaged well. Girls with Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.
