Here at Girls With Gems, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We will happily accommodate the following return options within 7 days of order placement. All returns will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please read carefully before placing your order.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy-
Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY are NOT eligible for a refund. Instead all full prices items purchased with AFTERPAY or ZIPPAY are eligible for credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
Orders which are purchased with ANY promotional code are NOT eligible for refund, only available store credit or exchange. if you are unsure what is included within the term 'promotional code' please reach out to us before you purchase.
Full Priced Items - all full priced items (purchased with any other payment merchant apart from Afterpay and Zippay) can be returned to us for either a refund, credit note or exchange if the garment is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of sale items, swimwear, intimates & jewellery.
All pre-order items can be returned for a store credit ONLY and not a refund.
Please notify us within 7 days of placing the order by emailing email@example.com with your full name and order number.
No returns on orders that have had a credit note applied.
Sale or Clearance Items-
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned for a refund or exchange. Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
For orders placed during a flash sale (eg. VOSN) there will be strictly no refunds. We will gladly provide a credit note on items which were full priced before codes were added. However, for items which were on sale and a promo code was used we will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. These items are FINAL SALE.
In- Store Returns & Exchange Policy-
Returns are accepted within 7 days for any full priced items purchased in store. You are eligible for a 12 month credit or exchange. No refunds.
Sale and Clearance items can not be returned.
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number, which you will receive via email. If you would like to know the status of your online order, please track online via the Australia Post website. Once the item has been dispatched Girls With Gems no longer has legal ownership of the package. If you require more information regarding the whereabouts of your package, please contact Australia Post on 137678.

If you have not received your online order and believe it is lost in transit or you’re having issues tracking it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you believe your item is faulty, please email our Online team at email@example.com. Be sure to include your full name, order number and images of the fault. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution.
At the time of placing your pre order, you will be required to pay the full amount. No promotional codes or subscription codes can be used on pre order items.
If you would like to cancel a pre-order you will be eligible for a credit NOT a refund.
If you would like to return a pre-order item you will be eligible for a credit NOT a refund.
How Do I Make a Return
- Read our Returns Policy to make sure your return is eligible.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you would like to return, why and if you would like a credit note, exchange or refund (if eligible). Please include your full name and order number.
- Our Online team will be in touch within 24 hours and will provide an RA number.
- Once you have a RA number fill out your returns form. Please note that if the returns form is not correctly filled out, your return can take longer to be processed.
- Ensure the garment is in original condition, unworn with tags attached
- Package up your item securely and send back within 7 days of dispatch using registered or express post. International orders needs to be returned to within 14 days of dispatch. Items are to be sent back to Girls With Gems at the cost of the customer. Girls with Gems reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have More to Pay stamped on them.
